1. Built, tested, and packaged bookmarkroo.app (~/dev/apps/bookmarkroo) under universal bundle ID com.eastcoastscience.bookmarkroo (Team ZU2882L4HT). Verified 8/8 automated unit tests passing, live scanning 32,942 bookmarks from Safari and Chrome into SQLite FTS5 store, and synchronized to canonical root rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/bookmarkroo. Left migration pointer README-MOVED.md at ~/dev/agy/bookmarkscope.
2. Resolved all test failures across RTTy (RTTyTests, LatencyCoreTests, CloudKitFleetProjectionPublisherTests all passing 100% with exit code 0) and synchronized to rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/RTTy/.
3. Drafted and submitted ROODB_MIGRATION_PLAN.md to claude@rdmbair15m5 incorporating PRAGMA integrity_check database verification, APFS clonefile migration safeguards, and the Purpose Filter specification.

Scope & Verification

• bookmarkroo: swift test 8/8 passing; bookmarkroo-cli scan indexed 32,942 bookmarks (11,562 unique, 21,380 duplicates across 5,026 clusters); ./build.sh produced valid code-signed .app bundle.
• RTTy: 383/383 tests passing in RTTyTests, 206/206 passing in LatencyCoreTests, 5/5 passing in CloudKitFleetProjectionPublisherTests.
• Fleet Synchronization: Synced all changes to rdmsm4x and propagated updates via agent_msg.zsh across all 5 nodes.
