Established a reusable global app-build baseline under ~/dev/lib, a live 439-domain portfolio inventory, a parametric icon generator for the TTY app family, and specified a new product (XTTy) for multi-account LLM quota monitoring. No code was written for XTTy.

Scope

All durable output landed on rdmsm4x. rdmbair15m5 was the working host only; nothing here is canonical on it.

Verification performed

refresh_domains.zsh run on rdmsm4x: 439 domains, 438 GoDaddy + 1 Cloudflare-only. Two defects found and fixed during the run — a dict-vs-dict sort crash, and expired registrations swamping the 90-day renewal table.
Fleet OS read live: rdmsm4x/rdmbair13m5/rdmbair15m5 = 27.0 26A5416b arm64; rdmpw3265m/rdmpw3275m = 26.7 25G220 x86_64. Xcode 27.0 27A5237l.
ttyicon.py --matrix produced 144 SVGs; rendered to PNG with qlmanage and visually compared against ~/Desktop/logtty_large.png. Icon weight reduced 400 KB → 5.4 KB each (57 MB → 1.9 MB library) by moving the LED mesh to a tiled <pattern> inside a <mask>.
domains.md, XTTy.svg, and the portfolio row re-read on disk after writing.

Decisions recorded

XTTy on the owned xtty.app (ACTIVE, auto-renew, exp 2027-03-23). Rich chose this over buying quotatty.app. Not reopened before v1 per apps/CLAUDE.md §7.
Separate app, not a LogTTY feature. Code shared via a future ObservabilityKit package extracted from RTTy.
macOS 27.0 / iOS 27.0 baseline supersedes the 26.0 targets in the existing PRDs.

Secrets

None written anywhere. refresh_domains.zsh reads GODADDY_API_KEY, GODADDY_API_SECRET, CLOUDFLARE_EMAIL, CLOUDFLARE_GLOBAL_API_KEY from ~/.secrets/global.env at runtime and never echoes them.

Outstanding owner actions

Anthropic Admin API key — absent from ~/.secrets/global.env. Blocks exact billing reconciliation; local-only v1 works without it.
CloudKit container provisioning for ZU2882L4HT — already blocking RTTy, LogTTY, and ReceiptRoo. Solving it once unblocks all four including XTTy.
Claim com.eastcoastscience.XTTy in App Store Connect before promoting any CloudKit container — containers are team-permanent and cannot be renamed.
APP_IDENTITY in ttyicon.py — only RTTy, LogTTY, XTTy are mapped. The rest of the suite still falls back to a name hash.
Apple Notes entry for this changelog is PENDING. This session ran headless over SSH; ~/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh refuses to run outside an Aqua session. Run it from Terminal.app on rdmbair15m5 to file this into the rdmbair15m5 Notes folder.
