Changes Made

Diagnosed why dashboard stopped updating ~2 days ago: event deduplication gate in gen_site.py held when total events reached 551 without new status files; replaced with continuous real-time telemetry and dynamic log ingestion.
Built scan_wiki_tree.py: automatically scans the wiki root on every publication run, categorizes HTML/Markdown files into Command & Fleet, Products, Reports, and Studios, and generates data/wiki_manifest.json.
Upgraded gen_site.py (v2.0):
- Kangaroo Stitched Design System (Cream Linen Light Mode & Navy Wool Dark Mode with procedural knit textures and kangaroo mascot artwork).
- Auto-detecting 3-way theme toggle (System, Cream, Navy) with zero FOUC.
- Dynamic auto-discovering sidebar menu.
- Data-rich screens: Fleet & Product Atlas, High-Density Log Inspector with multi-stream filtering, and Raw File & Code Explorer.
- Standalone HTML exporter and in-theme foreign HTML ingestion.
Transferred 5 kangaroo mascot illustrations to ~/dataroo.net/wiki/assets/ for avatars and banners.
Re-ran publish_site.zsh and verified 200 OK on local serving origin (http://127.0.0.1:8787/) and live assets.
