MenuBarExtra Window Integration (ReplicantDBApp.swift):
- Added native macOS .window style MenuBarExtra to ReplicantDBApp.
- Connected ReplicantDBMenuBarLabelView as status bar label and ReplicantDBMenuBarPopoverView as interactive popover panel.
Status Item Label (ReplicantDBMenuBarLabelView.swift):
- Monospaced file count display with 4pt slot snapping via ECS0AntiJitter.snapSlotLength.
- Cylinder storage icon dynamically tinted by ECS0ChipColorProfile.
- Dark pill backing plate styled via .ecs0MenuBarPill.
Metrics & Progress Popover (ReplicantDBMenuBarPopoverView.swift):
- Pipeline stages: Hashing, Taxonomy, and Purpose assignment progress bars.
- Live metrics overview: total files, indexed count, storage footprint, and duplicate group count.
- Interactive settings: 28-palette picker (ECS0MenuBarChartPalette), chip color profile picker, and plate style picker.
Shared Settings (ReplicantDBSettings.swift):
- MainActor observable settings with standard UserDefaults backing for user interface customizations.
Continuity & Documentation:
- Updated STATUS.md and SESSION-STATE.md with new test count (1,456 tests across 134 suites, 0 failures).

swift test: 1,456 tests passed across 134 test suites with 0 failures (100% green) in 248.8s.
swift build: Compilation cleanly succeeded with 0 warnings/errors under Swift 6 strict concurrency.
