Implemented and verified the Fleet Git Indexer Engine and Query Subsystem in TyrellCore (FEAT-20260901-41), delivering read-only repository inspection, agent commit trailer parsing, reverse-mtime anomaly detection for rollback detection, ahead/behind tracking, and CLI commands.

• Tests/TyrellCoreTests/FleetGitIndexerTests.swift (new): 5 unit tests covering Agent trailer parsing, employer material exclusion, build artifact filtering, reverse-mtime positive control, and report model serialization.

• Pulled and fast-forwarded on canonical rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/Tyrell.
• Ticket FEAT-20260901-41 resolved on rdmsm4x and pushed across remotes.
• Broadcast sent across message bus (20260923-113152-...) and synchronized to fleet peers.
