Audited all 60 portfolio apps across canonical rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/ and local rdmpw3275m:~/dev/apps/, generating the authoritative inventory ledger _portfolio_initialization_manifest.json. Initialized and onboarded unslated apps firmwaredb and onlyroute with Swift 6 Strict Concurrency build definitions, multiplatform SwiftUI apps, CLI binaries, passing test suites, interactive HTML PRDs, and issueRoo tracking tickets (FEAT-20260905-38, FEAT-20260905-39), with changes fast-forward merged to main across hosts.

Scope & Apps Touched

  1. Portfolio Survey: Audited all 60 applications under /Users/richh/dev/apps/ on rdmsm4x and rdmpw3275m across build definitions, source structures, PRDs, issueRoo tickets, and git sync status.
  2. firmwareDB (apps/firmwaredb & sites/firmwaredb.app):
    • Implemented FirmwareDBKit multiplatform Swift 6 library with 10 hardware subsystem inspectors (Boot ROM, SMC, SEP, OS Loader, T2/bridgeOS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Storage, Thunderbolt, Display), ecosystem harvesters (Bluetooth paired devices, MobileSync backups, Photos EXIF), CSV inventory engine, and compliance auditor.
    • Built firmwaredb CLI executable (dump --json, inspect, parse-dump).
    • Implemented multiplatform SwiftUI client in Sources/firmwaredb-app/ with NavigationSplitView (macOS), MenuBarExtra, and TabView (iOS).
    • Generated firmwareDB.xcodeproj via XcodeGen for macOS 15+ and iOS 17+.
    • Created full unit test suite in Tests/FirmwareDBKitTests/ (48/48 tests passing, 100% pass rate).
    • Built companion Cloudflare Worker edge backend in /Users/richh/dev/sites/firmwaredb.app.
    • Created interactive PRD docs/project_prd.html and published to /Users/richh/Desktop/firmwaredb-prd.html.
    • Opened issueRoo ticket FEAT-20260905-38.
    • Committed root commit b716e8f and synchronized cleanly to rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/firmwaredb and rdmsm4x:~/dev/sites/firmwaredb.app.
  3. OnlyRoute (apps/onlyroute):
    • Established Package.swift and project.yml for macOS 15+ / iOS 17+ with Swift 6 Strict Concurrency.
    • Implemented OnlyRouteCore framework, onlyroute-cli binary, and OnlyRouteApp SwiftUI client.
    • Generated OnlyRoute.xcodeproj via XcodeGen.
    • Passed all 3 unit tests (100%).
    • Published interactive PRD docs/project_prd.html.
    • Opened issueRoo ticket FEAT-20260905-39.
    • Committed 16f080e and synchronized cleanly to rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/onlyroute.
  4. FileLabeler (apps/fileLabeler):
    • Generated and committed docs/project_prd.html (99f8b0e) on rdmsm4x.
  5. Inventory Ledger:
    • Generated /Users/richh/dev/apps/_portfolio_initialization_manifest.json and synchronized to rdmsm4x.
