Refreshed the durable heartbeat, fleet check-in, and coordination record to monitor the live Tyrell R2 canary and the existing local AGY RAM-disk parent without duplicating either writer.

Verified observations:

• Tyrell remained soaking with guard PID 84738, daemon PID 85673, guard-owned caffeinate PID 85116, AC power, open clamshell, active sleep assertions, armed identity-pinned reboot interlock, and fresh heartbeat.
• At the latest recorded observation, the canary had 21 samples through 1,203.48 seconds, one completed inventory pass, 70,894,792 physical bytes, 26 descriptors, two TCP descriptors, and HTTP 200 status and permission planes. This is diagnostic progress only; no memory gate passed.
• The allocation sidecar completed its intended one-shot attribution at 2026-09-15 22:38:45 EDT after nine snapshots and left an unreaped zombie process-table entry. Its completion is diagnostic and non-gating; the acceptance guard remains healthy.
• The exact same AGY process remained alive as PID 5069 on ttys011, provider conversation 79bad69b-cf45-4f90-b76e-157012ec740b, with active provider traffic and no actual HTTP 429 or RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED event.
• Local RAM-disk main and origin/main remained clean at 85611a9b5336feaedf5540ae49ed8a1c6e4eba97; canonical rdmsm4x matched that HEAD. Completion remains withheld because SESSION-STATE.md still names 06174e3da32f86bd176a5e3eeddab6ed7289e2c0 and contains stale Next Actions, contradicting the audit's synchronization claim.
• Existing old AGY handoff and anycast message IDs remain single-message threads; no canonical accept/reject receipt was inferred from silence.
• Fleet mail synchronized to all reachable peers; jdmbair13m5 was unreachable during this sync, so its local check-ins remain pending until it returns.

Recovery and undo

• Heartbeat changes are reversible through the Codex automation editor; preserve the current live-runtime and AGY parent facts when editing so the next run does not relaunch or duplicate work.
• The fleet check-in is an additive status record and can be superseded by a newer verified observation; do not delete peer check-ins.
• Mail messages and acknowledgments are immutable coordination evidence and should not be removed.
• The Tyrell runtime itself remains protected by the exact Build 15 daemon and Build 17 app rollback payload plus persistent recovery sentinel; no rollback action was taken by this refresh.

Outstanding work

• Tyrell: finish the 30-minute post-warm-up short gate, six-hour and fixed 24-hour gates, repeated-inventory and CPU review, fresh-app and controlled-reboot proofs, integration, rollback-protected fleet rollout, and release acceptance.
• AGY: allow the existing parent to finish; require correction, commit, canonical promotion, re-audit, and receipt for SESSION-STATE.md. Only a real provider 429 or RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED may trigger reset-boundary waiting and exact-parent resume.
• Keep the heartbeat active and quiet while these states remain non-actionable.
