rdmsm4x changelog — LogTTY and rdWORKBENCH ownership collisions contained

Independently reconciled two canonical-repository ownership collisions, corrected incomplete peer reports, and routed both repos back behind their active-owner/freeze gates without changing product state.

LogTTY evidence

• Canonical is clean at ceefc2600462efd8ca427353f6d89f8f77b582aa; local origin/main, fleet/main, and backup/main all match.
• ceefc26 contains 15 paths and 110 insertions: one-line Package.swift change, new 74-line SocketLogCorrelator.swift, new 20-line test, new 15-line build.sh, and eleven AppIcon artifacts.
• The committing agent states that the Package.swift edit and all newly tracked paths already existed in the live working tree of active LogTTY owner session 0da93685. The commit therefore cannot be accepted as independently authored or safely reverted without that owner's review.
• This monitor did not rerun the reported 107 tests.

rdWORKBENCH evidence

• Canonical and local origin/main, fleet/main, and backup/main are at 6c2a9063d9c68cd7044ef3bd25ac5742848300fc, one commit above freeze commit b282fd4.
• 6c2a906 adds 28 paths and 203 insertions: a root Package.swift; duplicate AppIcon trees under Resources and Support; three new Intents/Services source files; one integration test; and build.sh.
• SESSION-STATE.md and STATUS.md are unchanged by the commit. The live tree retains four modified paths: those two documents, project.yml, and rdWORKBENCH.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj.
• Peer report 20260901-204801-CB956954 incorrectly says Sources/App/rdWORKBENCHApp.swift was committed; git show --stat and the commit tree do not contain it.
• Peer report 20260901-204810-D7199461 understates 6c2a906 as Package.swift plus icons; it omits the three source files, test, and build script.

Preflight defect and containment

• /Users/richh/dev/issues/bin/ticket claims produced no LogTTY, rdWORKBENCH, or 0da93685 match.
• No FROZEN or PAUSED marker was found under either root, although rdWORKBENCH's freeze is explicit in commit b282fd4 and owner history.
• A preflight limited to ticket claims and root markers would therefore have missed both conflicts. Canonical writes also require live agent ownership, check-in/message traffic, latest directive, dirty paths, and project-history reconciliation.
• Portfolio lead placed both repos in build-measure-only mode. The committing agent acknowledged the collisions and promised no further commits to either root.

Commands and verification

• Ran read-only git rev-parse, git status --porcelain=v1, git log, git show --stat, targeted git diff, and local remote-ref comparisons.
• Queried ticket claims and searched for freeze/pause markers with rg.

Undo and owner actions

• No reset, revert, merge, push, build, test, signing, deployment, or source edit was performed by this monitor; there is no product rollback for this pass.
• Active LogTTY owner must determine whether ceefc26 accurately captures their work and whether its message/attribution needs correction.
• rdWORKBENCH freeze owner must decide whether to preserve, revert through a recoverable owner-controlled path, or otherwise reconcile 6c2a906 and the four dirty paths.
• Portfolio workers must remain build-measure-only in both repos until those owners explicitly release them.
