RTTy main was left unbuildable for the App Store and with a broken release gate by last night's automated agents; verified every overnight change, repaired three defects, and proved the gate green (10/10) — the submitted-to-be Build 517 is untouched and soaked clean for 15h48m.

Verification evidence

Gate 10/10 at 2bd593e (11:55:09–12:01:00 EDT), native and Intel 1499 of 1500; the Standard copy survived all stages; installed Direct stopped at stage 5 and reopened at exit. Stage times vs watchdogs: 1m25/600 s, 2m04/600 s, 1m37/300 s.
Swift 6.4 full: RTTyTests 1121 (8 skipped), PrivilegedCapture 71, LatencyCore 308, 0 failures. Library suites: ECSProcess 35, ECSPersistence 37, ECSUI 59, ECSCloudKit 28.
Wrapper test PASS on real Xcode 26.6 (17F113); negative control (11-arg branch removed) fails at "arm64 arch-first".
517 overnight soak (15h48m): 6/6 one process, 0 crash reports. rdmsm4x Direct (visible dashboard) phys_footprint 1368 MB, 70 % malloc fragmentation (337.9 MB allocated), CPU 47 % — recorded on ISSUE-20260915-11.

Environment changes on rdmsm4x

Xcode 26.6 borrowed three times under XCODE-SWAP-ACTIVE (11:30:45–11:31:22, 11:33:12–11:43:42, 11:47:47–12:01:29); App Store Xcode 27.0 restored each time. Undo: none needed.
Installed Direct app restarted by the gate (fresh pid, same Build 517).
Running: detached soak sampler (~/dev/_handoff/rtty-main-verify-20260922/soak_sampler.zsh, pid 99253) until ~16:03, Standard 517 copy vs Direct, log standard-vs-direct-soak.log. Undo: kill 99253; quit the Standard copy.
